I firmly believe in the power of alternative medicine, specifically bodywork. In my former career as a Registered Nurse (RN), I frequently gave patients medication for pain, depression, and sleep. While there is a time and place for those medications, I am confident the body can do miraculous things when given the chance to heal from pain and trauma.
