I am a Clinical Aromatherapist, Level 4 Sports Massage Therapist and Reflexologist. All my treatments are bespoke, compassion-led and can help to support you with life’s little or not so little challenges. For muscular skeletal issues, caused by sports or non sports injury, including chronic pain, back pain etc. I use a range of techniques: connective tissue stretches; Myofascial Release; STR.
