Catherine creates a welcoming environment that keeps clients returning for her hair services. Many appreciate her friendly approach and expertise in techniques like wash and curly blow dry, often noting how lovely their hair looks afterwards. The salon itself is described as relaxing, with amenities like a massage chair enhancing the overall experience during treatments.
