Really enjoyed our session, great location and facilities, very clean and nicely set up. I wasn’t sure what an infrared sauna would be like compared to traditional but it was very good, plenty hot enough with even heat distribution throughout. The cold plunge was definitely cold enough and alternating them was great. Really did feel good afterwards and set up for the rest of Sunday day.

Fantastic location so peaceful. The shower is a great addition. Ice bath is just what you need on a very hot day. Infrared sauna is top. Hits the lower back & relieves tension.

Lovely peaceful location, easy to find. Both the sauna and the cold tub were the perfect temperature. We will be back!
