Gemma is so very friendly, welcoming, and professional, and took the time to understand what I was wanting to achieve, (as a middle-aged woman doing the grey transition/blending thing). Gemma has an amazing understanding of all aspects of coloring, explaining what she was doing, and why, and she also cut my hair beautifully, and I am so happy with the result. Thank you so much.

Fabulous, as always. Gemma is so great at explaining her steps as she goes so you always know what she’s doing and why! And she genuinely cares about how you feel as a customer, regardless of yr age and stage! Thank you Gemma, I’m in very safe hands!!!
