She has a particular passion for reflexology and in particular Zone Face Lift (an holistic, divine face lift that beats all other face lifts in terms of relaxation and rejuvenation - not just physical, but of the mind and spirit too). She added Reflexology for Menopause to her skillset post-Covid: a special sequence targeting the symptoms of menopause with face, hand and foot reflexology.

Deep tissue massage which was very healing and got rid of deep tissue tightness in my calves, thighs, shoulders and lower back. Feel a lot more flexible. It was vet relaxing and relieving of pain .
