Eliza is really great and does a great job! She is a very caring person also. However I am disappointed Lenka that you did not honour the 20% off that you offered me - (as a favourite customer) - all because I was 4 days outside the expiry date of the offer - I was away with my grandchildren in Brisbane and I did not have opportunity to check my emails at the time.
