Dorine is amazing and really knows how the relieve the tensions. She also gave me very useful advice and exercises to do during the day to prevent the tensions from coming back. The center is also extremely clean with very modern equipment. I definitely recommend Elite to anyone looking for a high-end wellbeing experience.
