Before opening OAK I dedicated my hair colourist career to learning from and working under some of the top leading colourists within the industry. Declen is a fantastic stylist - knows his craft well and was able to achieve exactly what I wanted. I’m a busy mom and don’t have the luxury of time to waste on not having a colour appointment nailed… and he nailed it. Highly recommend.
