Great sports massage with Claire. Claire asks you at the start of your treatment if you have any niggles or areas you would like her to focus on, mine was my neck and shoulders, Claire focuses on that area also massaging the rest of the body. Claire gave me some stretches that I can do at home and I have booked my next appointment. The venue is in beautiful countryside, the treatment rooms are lovely, calm quiet and private, all the therapists are totally dedicated to providing you with treatments tailored to your individual needs. A totally five star experience ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️
