Fab PT as always with Chris. More improvement on my testing thankfully, Chris definitely knows how to get the best out of you. Boxing and conditioning is still my favourite, he's a fantastic coach and breaks everything down so that even an old girl like me can pick it up. Highly recommend 👌 5star coach

Sports massage today with Chris, absolutely amazing. I was expecting a lot of knots in my calves etc but because of monthly maintenance massages they were really good. Highly recommend chris for sports massage as he knows his stuff so well. 5*

Fab night testing with chris. Another 1min 20 of my anaerobic test which im delighted with, chris knows his stiff and he gets the best out of you. Highly recommend 👌

GBC training with Chris. Great support when im on the last week of my current training plan and really starting to feel fatigued. Program is working so well. Highly recommend pt with Chris as he knows hia stuff
