Chloe is INCREDIBLE. Calming energy, great pressure on massage, gentle when handling my hair and scalp. I was able to fully relax during this entire experience and I would come again! Thank you Chloe! The front desk associate was incredibly kind and knowledgeable during the scalp analysis. I highly recommend!

Very nice - first experience here, and will return. Chloe was amazing. Did the 90 minute Velvet Signature Service, and it was exactly what I was looking for. I’ve never had a more thorough shampoo experience. She even did my hair exactly like I do every day, so I was able to go about my day.
