Charlie took time to understand me, what I was looking for and being clear with what to expect from the process and outcome. She really understood what I wanted and helped me make decisions when I was unsure. I have thick, curly and quite resistant hair so it was by no means an easy job and the results are amazing which are a testament to her expertise.
