This 1 hour full body acupuncture treatment combines the ancient wisdom of Traditional Chinese Medicine (TCM) techniques and reiki healing, offering gentle guidance to encourage your body back to balance.

The treatment aims to restore harmonious flow of energy (qi), relieve any imbalances and address a wide range of physical and emotional concerns to improve overall wellbeing and healing in the body. 

An ideal treatment for anyone experiencing sleep disturbances, fertility or menstrual cycle issues, digestive problems, or just feeling a bit overwhelmed or emotionally all over the shop (we’ve been there!).

The Full Body Balance - Acupuncture (Tues/Fri)

The perfect treatment for those are physically active or tend to carry stress in their upper body, especially desk workers.

This 1-hour full body acupuncture session will relieve achey muscles, extract toxins, and improve circulation all whilst supporting your body's natural healing process. 

The treatment combines the ancient wisdom of Traditional Chinese Medicine (TCM), reiki healing, and restorative fire cupping. After an initial consultation our therapist places tiny acupuncture needles & hot healing cups on relevant meridian lines to clear stagnation & inflammation, while boosting deep physical & emotional healing, and improving qi flow (energy). 

These techniques work together to encourage your body back to full flow and balance, and to help you feel your best.

The Full Body Fire & Flow - Acupuncture & Cupping (Tues/Fri)

A natural alternative to Botox. For those who are focused on ageing gracefully and want their skin to be smooth, bouncy & full of life ✨

This treatment is designed to:
- stimulate collagen production
- reduce the appearance of fine lines
- calm inflammation/redness
- make your skin glow
- support overall skin health

The treatment begins with an in-depth consultation with Cassie, followed by the insertion of fine sterile needles into the face & body. Once the pins are inserted, Cassie will leave you to relax as the needles do their magic for both your skin & nervous system.

The treatment finishes with a soothing & lifting facial massage (may incl. Gua Sha + cupping).

For the best & fastest results, we recommended adding LED to the treatment. 

N.b. there is a very small risk of bruising, so it's best to book 5-7 days before special events.
