This is my second time having Cass cut my hair. Cass always listens to what I want, and explains what she is doing as she goes, so I always feel confident in what is happening. I have very long, thick but fine hair and I leave a long time between cuts, so it is a lot to manage but Cass doesn't make me feel like it is a burden or problem. She was happy to adjust if it wasn't quite right, and the end result is a cut that I am really happy with. Thanks Cass!
