50-minute Swedish  Massage 

Craniosacral therapy (CST) is a gentle hands-on treatment that may provide relief from a variety of symptoms including headaches, neck pain, TMJ and side effects of cancer treatment among many others. CST is a non-invasive technique in which a practitioner lightly touches the spine, skull, and pelvis under the presumption that it can manipulate and regulate the flow of cerebrospinal fluid (CSF). The focus of CST is a gentle placement of hands to assist release of the body’s connective tissue, or “fascia.”is a covering found throughout the body including organs, glands, nerves, muscles, blood vessels, brain and spinal cord. This covering forms a body-wide connective network. CST is based on the idea that the body is interrelated at all levels.

75-minute Swedish Massage

*Must be AT LEAST 13 weeks pregnant*. Pregnancy massage is quite similar to standard forms of massage: its goal is to aid in relaxation, reduce muscle soreness, improve circulation, and more. It involves considering certain contraindications, including areas of the body where lighter pressure will be needed. It focuses on specific areas that are particularly sore during pregnancy, such as parts of the back, neck, shoulders, and pelvis area. Additionally, it takes into account special table positioning considerations related to the particular stage of pregnancy that a client is in at the time of their session.
