The full 60-minute treatment allows time to work comprehensively across the reflex points while encouraging deep relaxation and supporting overall wellbeing.

Clinical Reflexology - 60 minutes

A full clinical reflexology treatment allowing more time for a comprehensive, deeply relaxing and individually tailored session.

Your initial consultation is an important part of my approach to complementary healthcare and allows me to understand you as a whole person before beginning treatment.
During this 30-minute assessment, we will discuss your medical history, current health and wellbeing, medications where relevant, lifestyle, areas of concern and what you would like support with.
This gives us time to identify your individual needs, discuss which treatment approaches may be appropriate and ensure that your future treatments can be safely and thoughtfully tailored to you.
You will also have plenty of opportunity to ask questions and discuss any concerns before beginning treatment.

New Client Consultation - 30 minutes

A deeply restorative Ayurvedic-inspired treatment journey designed to encourage complete relaxation and reconnection.

Your experience begins with a 90-minute full-body, Ayurvedic massage using warm, carefully selected oils and flowing therapeutic techniques.

This is followed by a 30-minute herbal oil and hot stone back treatment, before finishing with your choice of Ayurvedic head, face & shoulder massage or foot reflexology. 

A nurturing head-to-toe experience for those wanting to slow down, switch off and enjoy an extended period of therapeutic care.

Ayurveda Deep Renewal Journey - 2.5 hours

A focused, personalised massage for one or two specific areas of tension, discomfort or restricted movement. Your treatment is tailored to what your body needs on the day, drawing on advanced holistic and remedial massage techniques as appropriate.
Ideal for targeted concerns such as the back, neck and shoulders, or for clients wanting focused therapeutic work within a shorter appointment.

Advanced Holistic & Remedial Massage - 30 Minutes

An extended, personalised therapeutic massage allowing more time to work thoroughly across multiple areas of the body. Your treatment is tailored to your individual needs, combining advanced holistic and remedial techniques as appropriate.
Ideal if you have several areas of tension or discomfort, would like a fuller whole-body treatment, or simply prefer a longer, unhurried session.

Advanced Holistic & Remedial Massage - 90 Minutes 

A deeply restorative facial treatment combining therapeutic facial massage, aromatherapy and holistic touch.
Following a consultation, your treatment is personalised using carefully selected essential oils to complement your individual skin and wellbeing needs.
The treatment includes cleansing, followed by an extended facial massage using flowing, lifting and gentle lymphatic techniques to encourage circulation, ease facial tension and support natural lymph flow.
The experience continues with relaxing massage to the shoulders, arms, hands and scalp, helping the whole body to unwind.

More than a facial, this is a nurturing whole-person treatment designed to leave you feeling deeply relaxed, restored and refreshed.
