I was happy on the day i got them however the next day either due to a mistake or cheap materials my nails broke.

Hi Lea, Thank you for your feedback. We’re glad to hear you were happy with your nails on the day of your appointment, but we’re sorry to learn that they broke the following day. We take great pride in the quality of our work and use only professional-grade products, including Gelish and Cici Nails, along with high-quality equipment and application techniques. While breakages can occasionally happen for a variety of reasons, they are not due to the quality of the products we use. We always encourage our clients to contact us as soon as an issue arises so we can assess the situation and, where appropriate, offer a solution. We value every client and are committed to providing the highest standard of service.
