Great experience. The receptionist was friendly, patient with jewellery selection and never made me feel rushed. I had 3 dermals done by Ben and was surprised by how quick and easy the whole process was. Each one felt like just a small poke. He made sure the placement was exactly right and that I was happy before going ahead. The dermals look incredible. He also changed some jewellery for me, quick, completely painless, and it looks great and fits perfectly. Ben is clearly professional, skilled, and takes real pride in his work. I’d happily recommend him and plan on booking with him again.
