Today i had a really beautiful experience having reflexology and Reiki back to back. It was a very relaxing and grounding experience. Barry was very welcoming, friendly, professional and has a beautiful gift. It was lovely to take some much needed time for myself to relax and release. Thank you Barry. I will definitely be back for another treatment.

Couldn’t believe how Tom was so relaxed and happy to sit, while session was going on, then had his movement break and was happy to resumed, delighted with session

My son has been going to reflexology with Barry for some time now, and after seeing the benefits it has had for him, I decided it was time to try it for myself. I had my first session with Barry today and honestly, I don’t think I have ever felt so relaxed! From start to finish, it was such a fantastic experience. I left feeling completely relaxed, calm and like I had finally taken some time to properly unwind. If you’re feeling stressed, overwhelmed or simply feel like you need a bit of time for yourself, I would highly recommend visiting Barry. You will not regret it! ⭐️
