Ava was super sweet and helpful! My hair is inexplicably falling out in handfuls and she reassured me that it still looked good, would grow back, and was probably due to an illness I had a few months ago. She suggested I donate what she was about to cut off which I appreciate because I wouldn't have thought there was enough to do so! I'm really enjoying my new short hairstyle and am so grateful for her encouragement! =)
