First of all Anna is well educated about skincare, I felt very safe in her professional hands She is also a very gentle and helpful. My facial was a relaxing experience, of course extractions were a little tender but that is to be expected. I have had many facials where extractions were very painful but Anna was extremely gentle and thorough 😊 I have purchased a 6 facial package knowing it is well worth my time and money. 😊
