Tint, in hair coloring, refers to the application of a single, uniform color to the entire head of hair. This process involves applying a hair dye or color formula from the roots to the ends, ensuring complete and even coverage. Tinting can be used to achieve various effects, such as changing your hair color entirely, enhancing your natural shade, or covering gray hairs. The result is a rich, consistent color that can add depth and vibrancy to your hair. Tints are often semi-permanent or permanent, depending on the desired longevity of the color.

Tint and foils is a hair coloring technique that combines an all-over color (tint) with strategically placed highlights or lowlights using foils.
When combined, tint and foils allow for a versatile and customized look, where the base color from the tint complements the highlighted sections from the foils, resulting in a multidimensional, polished finish. This method is ideal for adding depth and complexity to hair color while maintaining a natural appearance.
