This boy works miracles! Expert therapy and knows his stuff plus a nice guy as well…I’ll be back and highly recommend to anyone with gym related niggles who has forgotten what a loose body feels Like😂💪🏼

Had a RELAX massage with Nanda at DISTRIK and it was exactly what I needed. I normally go for a sports or deep tissue massage, but wanted something a little more relaxing this time. Nanda was amazing, really good pressure, smooth flowing movements and just the right amount of attention to the areas that felt tight. No tools or extras, just a really good hands-on massage. Left feeling completely relaxed and refreshed. Definitely recommend Nanda if you just want to switch off for half an hour.

Had a great 30-minute session with Nanda at DISTRIK. He checked what I wanted to focus on and tailored the massage to suit. I left feeling less tight and moving more comfortably. Would definitely book again!
