Ana was lovely and kind and she did a really good job. However, the Japanese manicure didn't match what I expected. The process felt rushed and not well thought out. While the result was good, the experience didn't reflect the price or the 45-minute booking time. The whole process took about 20 minutes. There was no hand washing or dust removal, just cuticle trimming and the treatment. Overall, it was okay, but I wouldn't personally recommend this service. I’m sure the other services are good but if you’re planning on doing the Japanese manicure, won’t recommend.
