Great. The staff was very kind

My daughter and I came in a couple of days ago. When we walked in - the receptionist paid us no attention, no greeting / acknowledgement or even a smile although she definitely saw us. I think her name is Natalie., she looked up from her phone call and curtly asked - "did you make an appointment?" When we confirmed yes we did, she then proceeded to ignore us and went on with her phone call. Definitely felt unwelcome racial vibes. Our appts were staggered with two different stylists (Alison and Kenzie) and they were very nice - definitely friendly and better customer service. Natalie do better
