Adele holds a truly beautiful and calming presence. Her space is clean, welcoming and smells absolutely divine. The oils she uses are delicious and grounding. My session brought up a lot of emotion for me, and while I am still integrating, I felt gently held by her soft and intuitive approach ♡

Have been seeing Adelle for just over 6 months. She's really helped me manage endometriosis. I'm much more regular now and don't experience as much pain as I used to.
