An excellent treatment, thoroughly refreshed, chilled out and thirsty after the lymphatic drainage massage. I very strongly recommend Adele - very professional and friendly too.

I have just had my first sports massage with Adele, for tension headaches. She is so welcoming and made me feel at ease instantly. The massage was adapted for me and was very good. I feel lighter around the areas she massaged. I have already booked my next massage and booked for my husband. I highly recommend.
