Our massage covers key areas, including the shoulders, back, hips, glutes, hamstrings, calves, and feet, ensuring comprehensive relief. Arrive early to allow for a relaxed consultation and preparation time. While chest and abdomen massages for women are not offered, rest assured that extra attention will be given to other areas.

2 hour Crystal Healing and Meditation Massage

The session targets key areas including your shoulders, back, hips, glutes, hamstrings, calves, and feet. In the final half-hour, enjoy gentle attention to your calves, quads, arms, and hands—ensuring a comprehensive approach to relaxation. 

Please set aside an additional 30 minutes for consultation and a stress-free exit. Rest assured, this is a professional massage dedicated solely to your wellness.

Crystal Healing +Meditation Massage

Indulge in 120 minutes of pure relaxation with a full body massage that focuses on alleviating those persistent aches and pains. This extended session is perfect for athletes or anyone managing chronic discomfort, ensuring that each area receives the attention it deserves. Enjoy soothing strokes across the shoulders, back, hips, glutes, hamstrings, calves, and feet.

After an hour of relaxation, you'll be turned onto your side for a targeted neck and clavicle massage. The final 30 minutes are dedicated to the front of your body, where your calves, quadriceps, arms, and hands will be pampered. Please note that for women, we omit the abdomen and chest, providing more time for other areas. A 30-minute consultation and preparation period are included to ensure a smooth and unrushed experience. Reconnect with your body and embrace serenity.

2 hour Full Body Swedish Massage

Indulge in a deeply relaxing experience with our rejuvenating full body Swedish massage. For 90 minutes, we focus on all major muscle groups, relieving tension in your shoulders, back, hips, glutes, hamstrings, calves, and feet. Following this, you'll turn onto your side for a soothing neck and clavicle massage. The final 30 minutes are dedicated to the front of your calves, quadriceps, and hands. Please note, I do not do the abdomen and chest area on women so extra time will be spent on other areas. 

I allow an additional 30 minutes (15 mins each side)  for a thorough consultation and preparation, ensuring your experience is unrushed and tailored to your needs.

90 mins Full Body Swedish Body Massage

Indulge in a deeply relaxing experience with our 2.5-hour Swedish Body Massage, designed to melt away tension and restore balance. Begin your journey with a full-body treatment focusing on key areas such as your shoulders, back, hips, glutes, hamstrings, calves, and feet. After the first hour, you'll transition to your side for soothing neck and clavicle work. The final 30 minutes allow you to unwind on your back, while I delicately attend to your calves, quadriceps, arms, and hands. Please note that for women, abdominal and chest massage is not included, and time will be dedicated to other areas. An additional 30 minutes is included for a brief consultation and to ensure you feel relaxed and prepared for your session.
