I usually love coming here and have always had a great experience, but today was a little disappointing. The service felt quite rough, with a lot of pulling and tugging at my hands, and at times it actually hurt me. My appointment was booked for 45 minutes but took around 1.5 hours. If that’s the usual time needed for a refill and shellac, it may be worth updating the booking times so customers know what to expect. Hopefully it was just an off day, as I usually really enjoy coming here and will definitely be back.
