This 90-minute session is your gateway to uncovering your body’s unique blueprint and beginning your path toward vibrant health. Each consultation is non-invasive and rooted in holistic principles, combining nutrition, herbology, stress reduction, and targeted muscle testing. You’ll receive a full wellness evaluation, personalized guidance based on your blood type, three AO Scans with frequency corrections, and individualized insights for diet, supplements, and lifestyle. Sessions can address concerns such as low energy, digestion, circulation, fertility, mood, or hormonal balance. Delivered with warmth and expertise, this session provides practical tools and meaningful insights to support your healing journey.
