A deeply calming touch defines the experience at Forest Spa, where clients appreciate massages that ease tension and leave them feeling relaxed. Deep tissue and prenatal massages are delivered with attentive check-ins around pressure and comfort, while the head spa pairs scalp care with body massage for a soothing, restorative visit.

I love forest spa, but I feel I should share some feedback on my massage with Ivy. The pressure felt inconsistent. Parts were too fast or intense to relax into (for example neck/head work was painful), while others were too light to really feel. She spent a long time on the back of my thigh, an area I hadn’t asked her to focus on, using very light, repetitive strokes. Her elbow also pressed directly on my spine quite few times, which felt uncomfortable and a little unsafe. Ivy was super nice! No complaints about her as a person. I know we all have off days sometimes. I hope this is helpful!

The massage was fantastic! It’s a relaxing, beautiful spa with great ambiance! My masseuse was fantastic, just enough pressure to soothe my sore muscles but still relaxing and enjoyable!! Plus, they have a loyalty program so if you get 10 massages with them, they give you an 11th one for free!
