I enjoy providing Trigger Point and Myofascial Release techniques. During covid I completed a Medical Massage course online whilst working 5 years+ in a chiropractic environment. Hence, I have a fair understanding of various presentations. In the past 10 years I completed Graduate certificates in Positive Psychology and Gerontology. I look forward to be of service to your health and wellbeing.

Yim was incredible! She did a posture check prior to my massage and was able to tell which areas needed help. She managed to find spots I didn’t even know I needed to release. 5 minutes into my massage I was already thinking who to recommend my massage to and was already planning my next visit. Thank you so much Yim for helping me!
