I provide over 20 treatments including Massage and Energy therapies. Treatments are given in your own home. Falkirk, Stirling (FK1–FK8 and FK10–FK14) plus Bridge of Allan, Bo'ness, Cumbernauld, Kilsyth.

That was 100% required! Having spent 2 weeks on a sun lounger my back neck and shoulder mainly on the right side felt horrendous. Trudy did her thing and shifted all my knots and got me up and running! Hallelujah yes! Back to the gym tomorrow 💪🏻 Thanks Trudy xxx
