I trained with LSSM at their London School to achieve a BTEC Level 5 Professional Diploma in Soft Tissue Therapy. Being active, music and social connection are very important to me. Taking time out for these helps keep me fresh.

Ryan is so knowledgeable, professional & so skilled at what he does. Every time I visit, I leave feeling 1000x better, he’s sorted many issues I’ve had over the years & I feel he genuinely cares, making me feel completely at ease & in safe hands.

As always, Ryan is so knowledgeable and the treatment is varied depending on what the niggle is. There is no 'one size fits all' feeling, just a very personal service and walking out knowing that I'll be better and in less pain!

Been seeing Ryan for a few years now,really helpful and friendly always takes time to go the extra mile showing me stretches ect,without Ryan I woudnt be smashing pbs in the gym if you train hard you need to recover hard 😀
