A visit with Rio is described as friendly and reassuring, with clients feeling at ease from the first appointment. They appreciate her attentive approach to understanding what they want, whether for a cut and blow or highlights, and are pleased with the results. Her calm, welcoming manner makes the salon experience comfortable and leaves clients happy with their hair.
