Giới thiệu
Welcome to Harmonia Therapies, I’m Rachel and I’ve been a therapist for 24 years. My background in psychology led me to want to integrate standard talking therapy and bodywork into a holistic practice that was open to all. This core belief that we need fully holistic care has not changed. From jaw pain to pregnancy, looking after all parts of yourself is the key to healing.

Rachel's tailored massage sessions are highly praised for their personal touch and effectiveness. Clients appreciate her ability to listen and adapt treatments, such as the Indian head massage, to address specific pain points and promote relaxation.
