Pranave is a BAMS-qualified Ayurvedic practitioner with 9 years’ clinical and therapeutic experience and Full Member of BAAAP. He specialises in traditional Ayurveda, therapeutic massage and MSK-focused bodywork, including Abhyanga, Marma, Sports,Deep Tissue ,Brazilian and Myofascial Release. His assessment-led approach is tailored to muscular tension, mobility, posture and individual wellbeing.

Hands down one of the best massages I have had. I just came back from a long trip away and Pranav did a complete rest. An Ayurvedic warm oil massage. A mix of Myofascial release and lymphatic drainage. It was perfect. Just what I needed.
