I was feeling a little bit anxious/self-conscious prior to the appointment but Natalie made me feel so comfortable and it turned out to be a really enjoyable experience. Absolutely amazing team. Dealt with me having to change my appointment last minute and fit me in before I’d booked. Natalie was so personable and really made me feel at ease. Absolutely lovely lady.
