Max Backshell

The hair is straight and even, and the length I wanted was attained, however not much was done to help the shape or structure. I explained that my hair was too heavy and I wanted it to have more movement, but the stylist cut it all the same length, so it still looks flat and weighed down. My appointment started late because I had to wait nearly 20 minutes for someone to wash my hair, so maybe that's why the stylist didn't spend more time on layering and working on the overall texture of my hair. Besides a few inches being taken off, I look exactly the same as I did before the haircut.
