My style of bodywork is slow and detailed, integrating connective tissue, neuromuscular, cupping, and craniosacral techniques to unglue what’s stuck and create space for deep unwinding. I strive to create an environment where people feel safe to receive touch, their insights are valued, and where we can learn together.

I am recovering from a back injury and so appreciate Madeyo’s intuitive ability to always adjust the treatment for whatever my body is going through at the time. The space is also very nurturing and quiet with lovely natural light. I especially enjoyed the face cupping and cold stones on this very hot day!
