After completing her make-up training Madeleine went on to work in the film and fashion industries before founding JUNI & CO. In 2021 she was awarded the CEW Young Achiever Award, and she is an active member of the British Beauty Council's Sustainable Beauty Coalition advisory board.

Madeleine has a very calm and collected approach which makes the whole experience relaxing and thoroughly enjoyable.
