I love to help clients understand how massage can benefit them and what the process is. It’s my goal to make everyone feel comfortable and ease their pain. I use different approaches such as torsion, compression, trigger point, myofascial release, muscle energy technique, skin rolling, Swedish, assisted stretching, and deep tissue. typically use a combination of these techniques through a session depending on what you need. Immediately afterward, I noticed the drainage in my face and sinuses was gone. My neck, shoulders and back feel looser. The lingering pain at the back of my skull is gone. Perfect experience!
