As someone who has experienced anxiety in the past, Krystle is most passionate about helping clients relax and mentally unwind to promote long term health and well-being. Using a combination of soothing techniques, modalities, and focusing on areas of the body commonly associated with stress, Krystle's treatments help down-regulate an overactive nervous system helping the body rest and restore.
