Kristy and Sue are well experienced and always polite. The service is always a stand out. It is hard to find a salon who really care for your hair. Most places will just do what you ask for whether the outcome is good or bad.

I went back to Kroz Hair Salon to have my micro bangs fixed and permed, and I honestly didn’t expect them to turn out this good. I’m so happy with the result! The team really went above and beyond. They were incredibly caring, patient and made sure I was happy with everything. What I appreciated most was that they didn’t just do my hair and send me on my way. They actually took the time to teach me how to look after it and showed me how to properly style my micro bangs at home. I came in hoping they could fix my bangs and walked out absolutely loving them. Such a great experience
