Esther is both a VTCT and ITEC trained therapist and a member of the Federation of Holistic Therapists. She has a particular passion for reflexology and in particular Zone Face Lift (an holistic, divine face lift that beats all other face lifts in terms of relaxation and rejuvenation - not just physical, but of the mind and spirit too). She added Reflexology for Menopause to her skillset post-Covid: a special sequence targeting the symptoms of menopause with face, hand and foot reflexology.

Esther is excellent, so calming, kind and reassuring. The treatment was brilliant, really therapeutic. Esther provided a very comprehensive report at the end of the treatment.
