ebony was a lifesaver, i booked a last minute appointment after another salon did a not so great wax and tint job on my brows. she was extremely professional and made sure i left with something i was a lot happier with. i didnt think they were salvageable at all but ebony tidied them up and gave me the overall shape i was looking for and i was able to touch them up at home. considering what ebony had to work with she did a fantastic job and im very greatful for her kindness and willingness to be collaborative when i felt i didn’t have a voice. thank you ebony !

Professional, experienced, courteous, great job, efficient; thanks. If it wasn’t for the fact I got charged a reschedule fee then I would have left a tip; but rescheduling fees are hefty.
