Excellent experience! She took the time to truly examine and understand my skin, explain what she was seeing, answer my questions, and create a thoughtful treatment plan based on what I actually need. She was gentle, thorough, meticulous, and never rushed. What impressed me most was the complete lack of sales pressure—even though she carries excellent Korean skincare products. Her focus was genuinely on my skin, not upselling. That honesty and professionalism immediately built trust. I left informed, confident, and well cared for. I’ll absolutely be back!
