I messaged Annie back in June with unexplained knee pain both in the gym and during everyday activities. I was sore sitting or standing, going up and down stairs and more. Within the first month of visiting Annie, I noticed the strength coming back. Each check in we talked through so much and she made sure I understood everything. I am now back to squatting and feeling confident in my lower body work outs, and having no restrictions on my home life. I couldnt have done it with her well put together session plans, warm ups and 24/7 support. 10/10 physio, highly recommend!
