I'm also a Level 4 Strength & Conditioning Practitioner, Personal Trainer, England Boxing Coach and STO member. I specialise in injury rehabilitation, sports and deep tissue massage, aromatherapy, lymphatic drainage, dry needling, cupping and kinesiology taping.

Aneta is absolutely amazing at what she does! She has such a great knowledge of human anatomy and really knows her stuff. She works so hard to get to the bottom of all your aches and pains and genuinely wants to help you feel better. What I really appreciate is how patiently she explains how the body works and helps you understand where your pain might be coming from. You don't just leave feeling better, you also learn so much along the way! She's friendly, professional and clearly passionate about what she does. I honestly can't recommend her highly enough!
